Login & Account
This page explains how to get into the portal: creating an account, logging in, resetting your password, claiming an account when staff created one for you, and accepting a family invitation.
Creating a New Account
- Go to https://ui-portal.fly.dev/register.
- Enter your email address and choose a password. Fill in any other required fields (such as name).
- Click Register or Create account.
- You will be signed in and can go to Membership to join or Classes and Events to browse.
Use this flow if you do not yet have an account and want to join or sign up for classes and events.
Logging In
- Go to https://ui-portal.fly.dev/login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log in (or Sign in).
- You will be taken to your account or the page you were trying to reach.
If you have an account already, use this page whenever you need to sign in.
Forgot Password / Reset Password
- Go to https://ui-portal.fly.dev/login.
- Click Forgot password? (or the similar link).
- Enter your email address and submit. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
- Open the email and click the link. It will take you to a page where you can enter and confirm your new password.
- Save your new password. You can then log in at https://ui-portal.fly.dev/login with your email and the new password.
The link in the email is valid for a limited time. If it has expired, use Forgot password? again to get a new link.
Claiming an Account (Claim Link from Staff)
Sometimes staff create an account for you (for example when adding you as a family member or setting up your membership). In that case you may receive an email with a “claim your account” or “set your password” link.
- Open the email and click the claim link.
- You will be taken to a page where you can set your password (and sometimes confirm your name or email).
- Complete the form and submit. Your account is then claimed and you can log in with your email and new password.
Claim links expire
Claim links are valid for a limited time. If your link has expired, you will see a message saying so. Contact Upstate International staff and ask for a new claim link. They can send you another invitation or claim email.
Staying Logged In (Session Persistence)
If you stay on the same device and browser, you usually remain logged in when you close the tab and come back later. You may stay signed in until you log out or until the session expires after a period of inactivity. If you open the portal in a new browser or another device, you will need to log in again with your email and password.
Accepting a Family Invitation
If someone in your household added you as a family member, you will receive an email with an invitation link.
- Open the email and click the invitation link. It will take you to a page like https://ui-portal.fly.dev/invitation/... (the link contains a unique token).
- If you already have an account: sign in when prompted. You will then be linked to that household’s membership.
- If you do not have an account: you will be asked to create one (email and password). After you complete registration, you will be linked as a family member.
Once you have accepted, you will appear under My Account → Family on the account of the person who invited you, and you may have access to member benefits under that membership.
