Classes & Rosters
As an instructor, you see only the classes you’re assigned to. This page explains how to view your classes, open class details, read the roster (enrolled students), and what to do if something looks wrong.
Routes: /instructor/classes/[id] (class detail and roster), /instructor/page (instructor home / your classes list).
How to View Your Assigned Classes
- Log in at https://ui-admin.fly.dev/login with your instructor credentials.
- You’ll land on the instructor area (e.g. /instructor/page or the instructor dashboard).
- Your assigned classes are listed there. Click a class to open its detail page and roster.
What a Class Detail Page Shows
When you open a class (e.g. /instructor/classes/[id]), you’ll see:
- Title — The class name (e.g. “Spanish A2”).
- Semester — The term (e.g. Spring 2026).
- Session dates and times — When the class meets.
- Roster — The list of enrolled students (names and any other roster fields your org uses).
Use this page to prepare for class and see who’s enrolled.
How to View Your Class Roster
- From your list of assigned classes, click the class.
- On the class detail page, the roster (or “Enrolled” / “Students” section) lists everyone currently enrolled.
- Names (and any other displayed info) are shown in the order or format your admin has set. The roster updates automatically when students enroll or cancel — you always see the current list.

Rosters Are Read-Only
Instructors cannot enroll or remove students. If a member needs to be added or removed, that’s done by:
- The member (self-service enrollment or cancellation on the member site), or
- Staff in Admin (e.g. Gabe, Michelle, Laura).
If someone should be on the roster but isn’t (or the opposite), contact your admin or Andrew.
What to Do If a Student Is Missing From Your Roster
- Confirm they’re enrolled (e.g. they may have just registered and the roster may take a moment to update, or they may be on the waitlist).
- If they should be enrolled but don’t appear, contact your admin or Andrew. They can check enrollments and fix any data or process issue. Instructors cannot add students.
What to Do If Class Details Look Wrong
If dates, times, capacity, or title look incorrect:
- Do not try to change them yourself — instructors don’t have permission to edit class setup.
- Contact your admin or Andrew and describe what’s wrong. They can update the class in Admin.
Printed or Exported Rosters

If you need a printed or exported roster, contact your admin or Andrew. They can export or print the roster from the Admin panel for you.
